🔄 Initialize App for Fresh Use
This will clear all orders and reset stock levels to zero, but keep all item details, prices, and suppliers. Use this to prepare the app for production use after testing. ⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone! All order history and stock levels will be permanently deleted.
🔑 Clear Google API Credentials
This removes the saved Google Client ID and Spreadsheet ID from this browser. On next page load, the app will prompt for these credentials before anything else can happen. App data (items, orders, employees) is not affected — it stays safe in Google Sheets. ⚠️ You will need both IDs to reconnect: the Google Client ID (from Google Cloud Console) and the Spreadsheet ID (from the Google Sheets URL).

Email Settings for Purchase Orders

Email addresses to CC on all PO emails (can be edited per email)
Email addresses to BCC on all PO emails (can be edited per email)
⚠️ REQUIRED for "Email Order" button in cart. These emails receive approval requests for pending orders.

📦 Stock Settings

When enabled, stock quantities, decay rates, and reorder levels can use one decimal place (e.g., 2.5 units). When disabled, all values are rounded to whole numbers.

🔒 Access Control

Restrict sign-in to your organization's email domain. Leave blank to allow anyone.

Only emails from this domain can sign in (e.g. example.com)
Individual email addresses allowed outside the domain

🔧 Backend Configuration

Select which services power the app. Changing these requires a page reload.

💾 Data Backup

Export all database tables to a JSON file. Keep this file safe — it can be used to rebuild the system if needed.

Welcome — First-Time Setup Required

To connect this app to your inventory backend, open Settings and configure the required credentials.

  1. Google Client ID — from your Google Cloud Console project (enables sign-in)
  2. Spreadsheet ID — from your Google Sheets URL (tells the app where your data lives)

The Settings panel is open above. Enter both IDs and click Save Configuration to get started.
